    Mango Kombucha Mocktail

    Need a hydrating refresher bursting with flavor? Try this Mango Kombucha Mocktail! It's delicious and not addicting! Perfect for Dry January.

    Ingredients

    This mocktail is going to become a fast favorite.  I’m sure of it because it’s quickly become on of my favorites for a few reasons:

    • Frozen mango chunks are easy to find and delicious
    • And honey sweetens the deal
    • Ginger adds a nice kick
    • Kombucha adds tons of flavor to your mocktails

    How to make it

    Mocktails are easy to make, you don’t need a cocktail shaker or any fancy hard-to-source ingredients.  

    Just a handful of ingredients: mango, honey, ginger, and kombucha.  

    Grab a mason jar and muddle together the mango, honey, and grated ginger until it’s like a thick jelly consistency.

    Then add some ice and top with kombucha.

    Give it a gentle stir, and sip away! 

    This drink is so hydrating and delicious!

    Additions + substitutions

    This is a basic recipe that you can jazz up or down to your liking.  

    Feel free to consider adding: 

    • Fresh herbs - such as mint
    • Citrus - like a squeeze of orange, lemon, or lime
    • Sparkling water - if you don’t have or don’t like kombucha, feel free to swap it out with sparkling water

    Ingredients

    • ¼ cup mango chunks thawed
    • 1 tsp honey
    • ¼ tsp ginger grated
    • Kombucha any flavor you like

    Instructions

    • To a mason jar, add you thawed (or fresh!) mango chunks, honey, and grated ginger.
    • Muddle with the back of a wooden spoon or a pestle.
    • Add a handful of ice, top with kombucha and enjoy!
