Skip the drive through lines and preservatives - make these sauces and dressings from your favorite fast food chain at home!

Being the condiment girl that I am, I’m never without a fresh, homemade dressing or sauce to serve with dinner.
In the past, I’ve been known to hoard sauce packets after a Chick-fil-A run. Slightly embarrassing but it is what it is! And I’m sure I’m not alone…
Anyway, the good news: you don’t need to keep hitting the drive-through to get those awesome sauces and dressings. Woohoo! You can make them at home, and it’s easy to do, too. Typically less than 5 ingredients (give or take some herbs and spices that you probably have).
So let’s talk about these easy-to-make at home sauces, and let me know in the comments which ones you decided to try!
Creamy Salsa Dressing

Seriously this is one of my favorites and gets really good feedback from readers! The Creamy Salsa Dressing copycat recipe is perfect for taco salads, fajita salads, and even (maybe especially) tacos!
It’s also so easy to make, just combine mayo, sour cream, a splash of salsa (like this homemade blender salsa), cilantro, vinegar, and some spices. Puree it, and it’s done.
Zesty Buffalo Sauce

Simple but so good! To make this sauce taste just like the one at CFA, we’re using a few secret ingredients that maybe you wouldn’t think to combine, and then melting them together. Let it cool off and bam–the Zesty Buffalo Sauce is born. This sauce is amazing on buffalo wings, baked chicken, and on sandwiches.
Garden Herb Ranch Dressing

If you’ve missed CFA’s ranch, this is one of the best dupes out there. It’s also just the best stand along ranch dressing I’ve ever had.
Just a few ingredients but let me just say - don’t skip the grated carrot—it adds that “garden freshness.” Shake or whisk it all together and you’ve got a dip, salad topper, or sandwich spread.
Polynesian Sauce

Think sweet ‘n’ sour meets BBQ. It’s tangy, kinda addictive, and multipurpose. Use it on nuggets, as a marinade, salad dressing, or drizzle it over chicken. It’s especially delicious when used as a stir fry sauce and served with white rice. Again, I’m a huge sauce girl and this is one of my favorites!
Zesty Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Brighten up your salads! This is an incredible, easy vinaigrette that I love to meal prep on Sundays and have for the upcoming week. It’s obviously perfect for salads - but you can also use it on a sub, as a marinade, or drizzle it over some otherwise boring meats, such as baked chicken.
