Let’s talk about how to save this chicken and what to serve it with, shall we?

Can you save this chicken?
After the chicken is cooked and shredded, you may store it in the fridge or in the freezer.
TO SAVE IN THE REFRIGERATOR: If you wish to save this chicken in the refrigerator, I recommend putting it in an airtight container or ziplock bag and saving it for about 3 days.
TO SAVE IN THE FREEZER: You can freeze this chicken for up to three months. The best way to do this is to save in bulk or separate into individual servings and freeze in ziplock bags or freezable containers.
FAQ/Frequently Asked Questions
WHERE CAN I GET TRADER JOE’S CHILI LIME SEASONING BLEND ONLINE?
Right here!
IS IT SPELLED CHILI OR CHILE?
Well if you’re in the US it’s spelled Chili and if you’re not it’s likely Chile. On the Trader Joe’s spice itself it’s spelled “chile” but to make this post more search-engine friendly I tailored it a bit to the American spelling.
WHAT DO I DO IF I GET A BURN NOTICE ON THE INSTANT POT?
This shouldn’t happen with this recipe, it typically means there isn’t enough liquid or (more likely) the rubber ring isn’t secured.
If you get a burn notice, first, don’t panic, just power down the Instant Pot. Then go through this checklist:
-Make sure the steam valve is secure
-Check the rubber ring on the inside and make sure it’s place on properly
-Add more liquid if that is what seems to be the problem
-Secure the lid, seal the valve, and restart
