Whisky sours are great.  They’re perfect for you if you don’t really like whisky alone, but don’t want something too *intense*, you know?

I have a minimalist kitchen, I don’t have tons and tons of glasses, so of course I’m serving this in a martini glass, but if you want to be more proper, you could serve this drink in a highball glass.

WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE A HONEY WHISKY SOUR

COCKTAIL SHAKER – If you don’t have one, no worries! You can always use a mason jar, or you could always buy a cocktail shaker right here.

COUNTERTOP ICE MAKER – I currently live on a military base, our house didn’t come with a handy in-refrigerator ice maker.  Recently I was gifted this AWESOME device, right here.  It makes nine bullet ice cubes in less than ten minutes! It’s perfect for parties, and really perfect for making cocktails on a whim.

HONEY WHISKY – I used Jack Daniel’s.

LEMON JUICE – Fresh lemon juice or bust.

ORANGE JUICE – Fresh is best, but I’ve cut a corner on occasion and it still tastes great.

RAW HONEY – It tastes better for some reason!
