Everyone has a nighttime beauty routine, consider adding this refreshing Cherry Beauty Sleep Mocktail to your evenings? It’s easy to make and I’m obsessed!

Jump to:
I love mocktails, that’s why I have an entire website dedicated to them! They’re fun to drink, and you can make them however you like. My mocktails are typically refined-sugar free and full of functional health benefits.
Unlike an evening wine, beer or cocktail, mocktails won’t dehydrate you or ruin your sleep. Whenever I have booze, I just don’t feel right for days. So I’ve made the official switch to mocktails-only. Cheers!
What's to love about the Cherry Beauty Sleep Mocktail?

- It’s hydrating and refreshing - it’s light, and sweet. Thanks to the tea and juice, it has a perfectly balanced, but nuanced flavor.
- Good-for-you ingredients - this drink is refined-sugar free, which is great if you like light, refreshing beverages without heavy syrups.
- Seasonality - you can make this drink year round thanks to bottled juices and the availability of limes.
- It’s quick! Yep, you can make this drink very quickly, in under 5 minutes. You don’t have to make any simple syrups or do anything complicated.
Ingredients + substitutions

- Beauty Sleep Tea: (Affiliated Link) Beauty Sleep Tea by Republic of Tea is delicious, and while I don’t typically drink it on its own, it’s fantastic iced and even better in this mocktail. You can get it here. If you don’t have this tea on hand, you can simply swap it out for chamomile tea, or any “sleepy” tea that you have. Mint tea is also very nice!
- Honey: add the honey to the warm tea as it's seeping. It’ll melt right in and add sweetness to your drink. You can swap it at a 1:1 ratio for date sugar, regular white sugar, or agave nectar. OR you can simply leave it out if you prefer no added sugar whatsoever.
- Pink salt: I love adding pink salt to my drinks for the trace minerals and magnesium. Because pink salt is rumored to help with inflammation, digestion, and inflammation, I add it to my drinks when I can - simply throw a pinch into the tea as it seeps. It’ll melt right in and you won’t even notice it’s there.
- Tart cherry juice: tart cherry juice contains melatonin, so it’s always a good and effective choice for promoting healthy, restful sleep.
- Lime juice: for flavor and brightness! The lime and cherry combo is absolutely perfect. And be sure to slice a piece of lime to use as garnish, if you wish.
Special tools + kitchen hacks
You don’t need any special tools, pe se. But I do find it helpful to have an electric tea kettle. Any electric tea kettle will do!
If you’d like a recommendation, I absolutely love the (affiliated link) Cuisinart GooseNeck Kettle for precision pouring.
