Boursin Chicken is a super popular, incredibly viral dish that everyone loves! My personal favorite is this Boursin Chicken and Potatoes, but I also love these Boursin Chicken thighs.
If you’re making Boursin Chicken for dinner, chances are that you’re looking for an elevated, elegant side. Or perhaps you’re hosting a dinner party, in that case, I have to recommend making this Blackberry Goat Cheese Salad (it’s STUNNING) along with my Sour Cream and Chive Mashed Potatoes.
You’ll knock the socks right off your guests. Or more accurately you’ll make their jeans a little snug from all the delicious food they won’t be able to stop eating.
In any case, give these 10 sides below a try! You can’t go wrong with any of them.
10 Sides to serve with Boursin Chicken
Sour Cream and Chive Mashed Potatoes

These are seriously the best mashed potatoes on the planet. Boring mashed potatoes? Not here. There’s are creamy, flavorful, and perfect for pouring Boursin Chicken pan sauce all over.
Blackberry Goat Cheese Salad

There has never been a salad more STUNNING. I’m seriously just look at those blackberries and the arugula. Paired with a homemade vinaigrette dress? To die for. This is equally as impressive as making Boursin Chicken, making them a perfect main & side pairing.
I like to serve this salad with Boursin chicken and Potatoes—because the starchy side is baked right into the final dish. Making this leafy green salad the only thing left to prepare.
Pear and Arugula Salad

So bright and flavorful! This salad makes a great side for Boursin Chicken because it’s light, fresh and crisp.
Arugula Apple Salad

The ultimate fall side dish—this salad is bursting with apple flavor and the homemade (quick!) vinaigrette is beyond delicious.
Mediterranean Cucumber Salad

This is a meal-prep friendly salad that won’t break down the second the dressing hits it. Feel free to make this ahead of time to alleviate some of the dinner prep work the next day. This is especially helpful if you’re hosting a party, picnic, or other event with guests.
Apple Kale Salad

Kale is fun to work with and this salad especially is fun to make.
Blood Orange Kale Salad

If blood oranges are in season you have to make this salad with blood orange vinaigrette. Not only is it visually insane, but it’s delicious and make-ahead friendly! Just be sure not to chop the apples until you’re ready to serve it.
Grilled Broccolini with Lemon

Simple, easy, and one of my favorite ways to cook broccolini—on the BBQ grill. Just add some spices and lemon for brightness and this side perfectly compliments the chicken.
Shaved Brussels Salad

Another absolute rager of a salad!! If you haven’t tried sturdy, flavorful Brussels all shaved up into a salad—this is your sign to try it and serve it up next to saucy, Boursin-cheese chicken.
Gnocchi with Sage Butter

Last but certainly not least, Gnocchi is an awesome side that pairs well with chicken and salad. It’s starchy, full of flavor. And gives your final plate a little more *pizzaz* than a basic baked potato or pasta noodle.
