This rose mocktail is beautiful and perfect for summer! It’s hydrating, refreshing, and most importantly, it has some health benefits that you won’t get from a cocktail!

Ingredients
½cupstrongly brewed rose or rose hibiscus tea blend
1tsphoney
1tsphimalayan salt
1tspfreshly squeezed lemon juice
¼tspfreshly grated ginger
Soda water
2-3sprigs thyme
Instructions
Brew your tea with honey and set it aside to cool off.
Get a stemless wine glass, or whatever glass you like, and rim ½ the edge with a lemon wedge, and dip the side of the glass into the himalayan salt.
Fill the glass with ice and add the lemon juice, ginger, and cooled tea.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with a lemon wedge and thyme.
