Rose Mocktail

This rose mocktail is beautiful and perfect for summer! It’s hydrating, refreshing, and most importantly, it has some health benefits that you won’t get from a cocktail!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup strongly brewed rose or rose hibiscus tea blend
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp freshly grated ginger
  • Soda water
  • 2-3 sprigs thyme

Instructions

  • Brew your tea with honey and set it aside to cool off.
  • Get a stemless wine glass, or whatever glass you like, and rim ½ the edge with a lemon wedge, and dip the side of the glass into the himalayan salt.
  • Fill the glass with ice and add the lemon juice, ginger, and cooled tea.
  • Top with soda water.
  • Garnish with a lemon wedge and thyme.
