Notes

STORAGE + MAKE AHEAD:

Storing the latte:

Brew the tea and add the honey, allow it to cool to room temperature and then store it in a mason jar in the fridge.  When you’re ready to serve it, froth together the milk and vanilla and reheat the tea.  Then add the frothed vanilla milk over the tea and serve.

Making Ahead a Latte:

I don’t believe that making this latte ahead of time saves you time, but you can certainly do this.

Just brew the tea, and add the honey.  Let it cool and then store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.  When you’re ready to serve it, reheat the tea, then froth together the milk and vanilla and pour it over your tea.

JUST REMEMBER: While making a latte ahead of time can be convenient, the texture and taste might not be exactly the same as when freshly prepared. The quality of the latte can be affected by factors like the type of milk used and the specific methods of storage and reheating.
