Ingredients

  • 3 green olives pitted
  • 1 tsp blue cheese
  • ¼ cup tonic water chilled
  • 1 tbsp olive brine

Instructions

  • Before you start assembling anything, rinse your glass with a little water and pop it into your freezer!
  • First, grab those olives and the blue cheese and stuff them one-by-one then thread them onto a cocktail pick (or a toothpick is totally fine, too). Then place them right into your freezer (along with the glass).
  • Next, grab your cocktail shaker, and add a handful of ice. To the cocktail shaker add the tonic water and olive brine. Give it a good shake and strain it into your chilled glass.
  • Pop the olives into the glass. Done. Now enjoy!

Notes

You can save the leftovers in the refrigerator in a mason jar with a lid, if you wish!
