Ingredients

  • 1 lb jumbo shrimp or about 20 shrimp, thawed, peeled, and deveined
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp lemon pepper

Instructions

  • Thaw, peel and devein the shrimp.
  • Add the shrimp to a bowl and toss with the other ingredients: minced garlic, olive oil, chopped parsley, fresh lemon juice, cumin, kosher salt, and lemon pepper. Set it aside for at least ten minutes.
  • Preheat a cleaned, oiled grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Thread the shrimp on skewers, leaving some space between them.
  • Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp curl slightly and become opaque.

Notes

STOVETOP INSTRUCTIONS: Follow the recipe through step 2. Then, heat a pan over medium heat, and add the shrimp to the pan (with or without the skewers). Cook them on each side for 2-3 minutes or until they curl slightly and become opaque.
OVEN INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F. Then, follow the recipe through step 2. Place the shrimp on an oiled baking sheet (with or without the skewers) and bake for 10-12 minutes.
AIR FRYER INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees F. Then, follow the recipe through step 2. Add the shrimp (with or without skewers) to the air fryer basket, then cook for 3 minutes, give the basket a shake, and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
STORAGE AND LEFTOVERS: Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
REHEATING: You can reheat leftovers by warming them in a pan over medium heat (for a few minutes) with a splash of water, oil, or broth.
