1lbjumbo shrimpor about 20 shrimp, thawed, peeled, and deveined

1tbspchopped parsley
1tbspfresh lemon juice

Instructions
Thaw, peel and devein the shrimp.
Add the shrimp to a bowl and toss with the other ingredients: minced garlic, olive oil, chopped parsley, fresh lemon juice, cumin, kosher salt, and lemon pepper. Set it aside for at least ten minutes.
Preheat a cleaned, oiled grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Thread the shrimp on skewers, leaving some space between them.
Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp curl slightly and become opaque.
