Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayo
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ carrot grated
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill minced
  • 2 tbsp milk whole or 2% is best*
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 2-3 twists black pepper
  • 1 pinch kosher salt

Instructions

  • In a wide mouth mason jar, combine all of the ingredients.
  • Whisk them together and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to let the flavors develop, or just use it right away (you can’t go wrong either way).
