Blueberry Mocktail

This Blueberry Mocktail is healthy, refreshing, and totally delicious! You’re going to enjoy this when socializing at BBQs or poolside.

Ingredients

  • 10 fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2-3 drops bitters
  • sparkling mineral water *Sprite or Ginger Beer

Instructions

  • In a glass, add 10 blueberries, lemon juice, honey, and bitters.
  • Muddle everything together with the back of a wooden spoon or just smash and stir with a fork.
  • Add a handful of ice to your glass and top with sparkling water.
  • Garnish with a lemon wedge and some blueberries if desired.

Notes

NOTES: If you like your mocktail a little sweeter, free to swap the sparking water for Sprite or ginger beer.
If you don’t have or don’t like bitters, leave it out. It’s really not essential but it gives this mocktail that bitterness that “real” cocktails often contain.
