1tspsea saltor kosher (avoid table salt if possible)
1tsponion powder
½tspblack pepper
1tbspbuttermelted (optional)
Instructions
Toss the cubed steak with olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, and black pepper. Set aside.
Preheat your air fryer on the AIR FRY setting at 400℉ for 3 minutes.
When it’s hot, add the steak bites, give them space to “breathe”, they shouldn’t be touching. Close the basket and set the time for 3 minutes.
Give the basket a shake, then set the timer for another 3 minutes for a medium-rare doneness.
Remove the steak bites from the basket. Toss them with warm melted butter.
Allow to “rest” for 1-2 minutes.
