Ingredients

  • ¼ cup dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 3 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp cayenne *start with this amount and adjust to your taste preferences
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika

Instructions

  • In a small bowl whisk together the dijon mustard, mayo, honey, apple cider vinegar, cayenne, garlic powder, and paprika until it’s totally smooth.
  • Taste it, if you want it spicier, add a little more cayenne. As this recipe is written, it’s not overly spicy, but you may want to dial it up a bit.
  • Chill it in the fridge for 30 minutes, covered.
  • Serve or store it in a mason jar with the lid on tight for up to one week.

Notes

As long as none of the ingredients you’re using are about to expire, this sauce will last for a week in the refrigerator in a closed mason jar. Whisk it before using to re-emulsify the ingredients before serving.
