Sherry Shallot Dressing

Sherry Shallot Dressing is delicious on a salad, raw vegetables (such as cucumbers), or as a marinade for chicken or fish!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp aged sherry vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp shallot minced
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 pinch kosher salt + pepper

Instructions

  • In a mason jar, combine all of the ingredients.
  • Shake it until all of the ingredients are emulsified.
  • Alternatively, you can simply whisk all of the ingredients together in a small bowl or Pyrex.

Notes

Store the leftovers in an airtight container or mason jar in the fridge for up to 10 days.
