In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients: heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin purée, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice.
Whisk it together until it’s combined.
Remove 2-3 tablespoons and transfer to a small dish. Use a handheld frother to froth it.
Pour it over iced coffee and enjoy!
Store the rest in a mason jar or other airtight container for up to one week in the fridge.
