Ingredients
¼cupboiling water
1tbsphoney
½tspginger freshly grated
½tspground turmeric
¼cuppineapple juice
1tsplemon juice
1lemon wedge optional for garnish
Instructions
First boil ¼ cup of water - I like to use an electric kettle but you can use the microwave to make things quick and easy!
To the water, add the honey, ginger, and turmeric to the boiling water and stir it. Set it aside to cool until it’s not hot to the touch.
Fill a glass with ice and pour the mixture over the ice.
Then to your glass, add the pineapple juice and lemon juice. Give it a gentle stir.
