Mango Mocktail

This Easy Mango Mocktail is so simple, refreshing, and delicious to sip on! It’s perfect for parties or whenever you just want a drink!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mango juice
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar raw, unfiltered is best
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • ginger beer for topping

Instructions

  • Fill a short glass with ice. Then add the mango juice.
  • Next add the apple cider vinegar and lime juice. Give it a gentle stir.
  • Finally top with a few splashes of ginger beer. How much you add will be up to you, this is just for a little sweetness and bubbles. Add a few splashes, then taste it, and add more if you’d like or enjoy it as it is!

Notes

MAKE YOUR OWN MANGO JUICE: You can buy mango juice at the store (like I did) or you can make your own by pureeing a mango in a blender or food process, then strain. One fresh mango will yield about ½ cup of juice. It’s okay if it’s a little more or less.
