Ingredients

  • ½ cup strongly brewed chamomile tea cooled to room temperature
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ice enough to fill half your glass
  • ¼ cup blueberry juice Knudsen* brand is my favorite
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Brew the chamomile tea and add the honey. Cool it to room temperature.
  • Fill a glass with ice and add the cooled chamomile tea and honey mixture.
  • Next add the blueberry juice.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract.

Notes

If you’d like to use a sweetener in place of the honey, you can substitute with agave, or any type of sugar you’d like to use. In place of blueberry juice, you can substitute for pomegranate, or tart cherry juice.
