Ingredients
½cupstrongly brewed chamomile tea cooled to room temperature
1tsphoney
iceenough to fill half your glass
¼cupblueberry juiceKnudsen* brand is my favorite
1tspvanilla extract
Instructions
Brew the chamomile tea and add the honey. Cool it to room temperature.
Fill a glass with ice and add the cooled chamomile tea and honey mixture.
Next add the blueberry juice.
Stir in the vanilla extract.
Notes
If you’d like to use a sweetener in place of the honey, you can substitute with agave, or any type of sugar you’d like to use. In place of blueberry juice, you can substitute for pomegranate, or tart cherry juice.
