Ingredients

chamomile tea

honey

cup
beet juice

tbsp
lemon juice
Sparkling water
Instructions
Pour ¼ cup of boiling water over a chamomile tea bag in a pyrex measuring cup. Stir in the honey. Set it aside to steep and cool off for 3-5 minutes.
Then fill a tall glass with ice and pour the tea over the ice. Pour the chamomile tea over the ice.
Add the beet juice, lemon juice, and top with a splash or two of sparkling water.
