Bedtime Beet Mocktail

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup chamomile tea
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ cup beet juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Sparkling water

Instructions

  • Pour ¼ cup of boiling water over a chamomile tea bag in a pyrex measuring cup. Stir in the honey. Set it aside to steep and cool off for 3-5 minutes.
  • Then fill a tall glass with ice and pour the tea over the ice. Pour the chamomile tea over the ice.
  • Add the beet juice, lemon juice, and top with a splash or two of sparkling water.
