Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor until completely smooth.
Add the mix to a saucepan and heat until warm (about five minutes).
Notes
*If you're not planning to serve the hollandaise sauce right away, it can be saved in an airtight container after blending. But be sure to heat as directed before serving. *If you don't have black salt, you can use regular salt, but it will compromise the flavor a bit.
