Almond Butter Granola (Oil-Free)
A delicious recipe for oil-free granola using only simple, clean ingredients.

- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- ¼ cup chopped almonds raw, unsalted
- ½ cup creamy almond butter
- ½ cup pure maple syrup
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 5 Medjool dates diced
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
preheat oven to 350 degrees F
in a large bowl whisk together almond butter, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and maple syrup until combined
fold in the oats, almonds, and dates
on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spread the granola evenly and bake for 20-25 minutes
once cooled, add chocolate chips and store in an airtight container for up to two weeks
