Almond Butter Granola (Oil-Free)

A delicious recipe for oil-free granola using only simple, clean ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup chopped almonds raw, unsalted
  • ½ cup creamy almond butter
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 5 Medjool dates diced
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • in a large bowl whisk together almond butter, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and maple syrup until combined
  • fold in the oats, almonds, and dates
  • on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spread the granola evenly and bake for 20-25 minutes
  • once cooled, add chocolate chips and store in an airtight container for up to two weeks
