Vegan Gravy Made With Trader Joe's Multipurpose Umami Seasoning Blend
This vegan gravy is so easy, super flavorful, oil-free, gluten-free, and so delicous over mashed potatoes, stuffing, or even as a base for a veggie pot pie!
1tbspMushroom & Company Multipurpose Umami Seasoning BlendTrader Joe's brand
½tsporegano
½tsponion powder
½tspcoriander
salt + pepperto taste
Instructions
Whisk all ingredients in a pan until combined.
Bring to a boil, continuously whisk, and then turn the heat down after it starts to bubble and get thick.
Whisk and simmer for five minutes.
Remove from heat, serve immediately.

*save the leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for five days*reheat over medium heat with ½ cup vegetable broth and whisk until smooth and warm
