Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz espresso cooled
  • ½ oz chocolate syrup
  • ½ oz Bailey’s Irish cream
  • Dash of almond extract or vanilla
  • Optional: cinnamon, coffee beans, star anise for garnish

Instructions

  • To a cocktail shaker, add the gin, coffee liqueur, espresso, Bailey's Irish cream, almond or vanilla extract, and chocolate syrup.
  • Add a handful of ice and shake.
  • Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with a pinch of cinnamon, coffee beans, and star anise.

MAKE AHEAD: If you’re making this recipe for a crowd, make as many ahead as you wish, but serve the ice on the side and provide cocktail stirs.
