Ingredients
4medium russet potatoes
2tbspbuttermelted
2tbspolive oilextra virgin
1tspparsleydry
1tspthymedry

Instructions
Clean the russet potatoes and poke holes in the skins with a fork.
In a small bowl, stir together (melted) butter, olive oil, parsley, thyme, salt and pepper.
Coat each potato in the mixture and place them into the basket of the air fryer (no need to preheat or grease the basket).
Set the air fryer to AIR FRY (390°F) for 40 minutes.
Check for done-ness by piecing with a fork, if there isn’t any resistance they’re done and ready to serve!
