  • Air Fryer


  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tsp parsley dry
  • 1 tsp thyme dry
  • 1 tsp coarse salt
  • 1 tsp pepper


  • Clean the russet potatoes and poke holes in the skins with a fork.
  • In a small bowl, stir together (melted) butter, olive oil, parsley, thyme, salt and pepper.
  • Coat each potato in the mixture and place them into the basket of the air fryer (no need to preheat or grease the basket).
  • Set the air fryer to AIR FRY (390°F) for 40 minutes.
  • Check for done-ness by piecing with a fork, if there isn’t any resistance they’re done and ready to serve!
