Ingredients

FOR THE CINNAMON + SUGAR RIM

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sugar

FOR THE APPLE CIDER MARTINI

  • 2 oz apple cider vinegar
  • 2 oz simple syrup *see notes
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 ½ oz fresh squeezed lemon juice *save the lemon wedges for rimming the martini glass

Instructions

FOR THE CINNAMON + SUGAR RIM

  • Prep your martini glass, first. On a flat place, mix the cinnamon and sugar around. Rim the outer edge of the martini glass with the squeezed lemon, just enough to wet it, and run the edges of the glass through the cinnamon and sugar.

FOR THE APPLE CIDER MARTINI

  • Combine all ingredients with a handful of ice in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Pour into martini glass with cinnamon and sugar rim. Enjoy!

Notes

*Simple Syrup: you can buy simple syrup, or you can make your own.  To make your own simply heat 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water in a saucepan over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.  Then set it aside, and refrigerate.  It'll thicken as it cools.
