Easy Vegan Tzatziki

This is probably the easiest vegan Tzatziki you'll find on the internet. Oh, and it tastes just like the real thing--zero skimping on authenticity!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup vegan mayo
  • ½ cup plant-based yogurt unsweetned
  • ½ cucumber peeled and finely diced
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh minced dill packed
  • 1 lemon juiced

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a bowl, stir, and cover. Let rest in the fridge for about an hour before serving with pitas, falafel wraps, or as a dressing.
