Easy Vegan Tzatziki requiring just 7 ingredients and 10 minutes made without tofu or cashews!
If you’re looking for a crazy-easy recipe for a completely vegan tzatziki that tastes legit–you’ve found it!
I wanted to develop a tzatziki without tofu or cashews that you can throw together in under ten minutes. After doing a bit of crowdsourcing, it’s become clear that you guys like things quick and easy. Most days I like it this way too, but sometimes I do like to sink a little time into a dish if I have extra time.
After a few trials, I think that this tzatziki is perfect while being so easy that you could probably do it with your eyes closed. I see no reason why you *would* do it that way, but you could.

What is tzatziki? It’s a Greek yogurt-based dip/dressing made with dill, garlic, lemon juice, and sometimes even mint (my recipe doesn’t contain mint). The base is made with vegan mayo, almond milk yogurt, and the other typical ingredients. It’ll come out perfectly tangy, thick, and creamy. You don’t need any special equipment, either. No blender, no food processor, none of that is required here. Because remember, I’m keeping it super easy.
I like to serve mine is pretty bowls. A bunch of you have been asking me where you can get the bowls as well and they’re polished coconut bowls. They’re super cute and versatile, you can find them right here on Amazon.
