You won’t believe this garden ranch dressing is vegan! It tastes just like a popular brand, only fresher, and it’s dairy-free, nut free, and soy free!

This stuff is SO.DAMN.GOOD.  It really is the best ranch that I think I’ve ever tasted.  It requires some simple ingredients such as:

Vegan mayo, I used this brand and you can get it right here
Fresh herbs (dill and chives)
Grated carrot
Oat milk, I used this brand and you can get it right here
Lemon Juice
ACV
Dry spices
 

Let’s talk about oat milk real quick.  I love the creamy texture and neutral flavor, I think it’s perfect for making vegan recipes thick and dreamy.  You don’t want super-thin ranch. If you haven’t tried oat milk, you can get some right here and I promise you’re going to be hooked.  It’ll be your new dairy-free obsession!

This is an incredibly flavorful vegan ranch dressing! Made without cashews!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegan mayo
  • 4 tbsp plant-based milk I used oat milk
  • 1 tbsp carrot finely grated
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or about 1/2 juiced lemon
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp ground mustard
US Customary – Metric

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until well combined.
  • Cover and chill for thirty minutes.
  • This vegan garden ranch works well as a salad dressing or dip. Ranch will save in the fridge for about 5 days.

*Leftovers will save in the fridge for about a week.
