This is a greek-style hummus dressing. And you’re going to love it–it’s creamy, tangy, and full of flavor.
Let’s talk about the ingredients, you’ll need:

- Olive oil - a good quality, extra virgin olive oil is best.
- Hummus - homemade hummus or store bought, it doesn’t matter. Use roasted red pepper, roasted garlic, or plain hummus. Don’t use dessert hummus or anything crazy.
- White wine vinegar - for tanginess and flavor.
- Lemon juice - for brightness and acidity.
- Dijon mustard - to emulsify the dressing and add flavor.
- Oregano - for that classic Italian dressing flavor.
- Salt and pepper - to taste.
- Optional: if you like a little heat, feel free to add a dash of cayenne or a pinch of red pepper flakes!
