Salmon Cakes in the Air Fryer with Lemon Dill Sauce are super quick, easy, and full of classic flavor! Just 20 minutes start to finish and no need for copious amounts of oil for frying, you’re going to love this recipe!

It’s no secret that air fryers are some of the most popular, handy, and convenient kitchen gadgets on the market today. I use mine to make side dishes like sweet potato fries, Brussels sprouts with pecans and goat cheese, and baked potatoes with crispy skins.

What's the cooking process like?
For the full list of ingredients and instructions, please see the recipe card below. But here’s a quick rundown of how the process will go:

First you’ll remove the skins from the salmon and shred it into a bowl. Then stir in the egg, garlic, diced bell pepper and onion, Panko, mayo, dill, lemon juice, and old bay seasoning.
Then you’ll grease your air fryer and form small discs with the mixture, then place them equally spaced apart. Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
While the salmon cakes are in the air fryer, make the lemon dill sauce by mixing good mayo, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper. Let it chill in the fridge until you’re ready to serve.

What substitutions can be made?
To make the lemon dill sauce a little lighter, you can use greek yogurt.
