Restaurant style blender salsa takes only five minutes to make and it’s highly addictive! I thought about calling it “crack salsa” but I didn’t want Google to get any crazy ideas about what kind of content I’m creating over here.
I make multiple batches of this stuff each week. It’s super easy to make it just requires you to get your ingredients together, roughly chop, toss in the blender or food processor, pulse, and done!
WHAT’S IN RESTAURANT-STYLE BLENDER SALSA
Your mind will be blown when you see how easy it is to make salsa at home in a blender.
Muir Glen canned fire roasted tomatoes – you can get a 12 pack right here on Amazon
Apple cider vinegar
That’s it! Just seven ingredients and the best part? You can make this salsa anytime, even in the winter, with the convenience of canned tomatoes.
Muir Glen isn’t paying me to promote their tomatoes, but they really are the best for making restaurant style blender salsa! If you’re going to use another brand, though, I recommend adding a pinch of salt and sugar.
TIPS FOR MAKING RESTAURANT-STYLE BLENDER SALSA
FOR HEAT: If you like your salsa fire-y hot, don’t remove the seeds from the jalapenos. Just discard the stem, and throw it right into the blender.
FOR MILD(ER): If you like your salsa on the mild side, I recommend removing all of the seeds.
When I make salsa in the blender, I use my Vitamix, but I’ve also used this food processor and it always turns out great. I like mine relatively chunky, so I just pulse the machine until I’ve reached a consistency I like.
